Ann is head of the Employment and Labour Group and Privacy and Data Security Group at the London office of Morrison and Foerster. Her broad-ranging practice covers all aspects of employment law and employment-related matters, both contentious and non-contentious, with a focus on multi-jurisdictional restructurings, managing global HR projects, such as employee policy harmonisation, and international reorganisations, outsourcings, insolvencies, and M&A.
